Benefits of an Internal Site Search!

March 30th, 2010

Today’s websites are more complex than ever before. Many contain a wealth of information visitors can use to answer their questions and learn what they need to know before contacting a company or making a purchase online

But with all the information and features packed into many of today’s websites, it can also be more difficult for site visitors to first of all determine whether or not a website will contain the information they need and then find it on the website. Installing a site search box can offer several advantages to help your site visitors—and also benefit your marketing function in the process.   read more

Client Satisfaction during the design process!

March 17th, 2010

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all of our valued clients out there and to our friends around the industry!

Although it is always great to hear from clients after their sites are launched, it is also good to hear from our clients during the design process.  Our clients wait patiently while their sites are being created and we appreciate their timely responses to our requests for content, etc.  Here are a couple of notes from two websites in progress: From Collina Kids Academy:  It’s so good working with such a talented and professional team.  We’re learning more by the hour.   Bart

From Tri-Choice Landscaping:  I’ve had some time to digest/analyze everything some more & I have to say- everything so far is absolutely fantastic…EXACTLY what I was looking for! You have also done a remarkable job of extracting key information from the packet you were provided. I was expecting countless hours back & forth on the phone,or excessive meetings to get this project going & you have certainly diminished any of those concerns.

Thanks again & great job.    Jon

What Works!

March 9th, 2010

by Jean Holland-Rose, Chief Creative Officer (Inside Design Orlando)

Many of our clients are learning very quickly that blogging and adding social icons to their sites will help with Search Engine Marketing.  Technology is changing so quickly and the flash sites of yesterday are now obsolete.  New CSS Custom Sites are at the cutting edge of today’s internet world.  Not a day goes by that one of our clients is not asking for a new re-design adding the latest bells and whistles.  For those clients who cannot afford a new design, we suggest that adding a blog to their current site, might bring new traffic their way.    Many of our critics say that a site with great graphic design is not the ticket.  They are missing the main reason that folks ask for a new look.  Generic sites (template driven) tend to be very bland and resemble an email advertisement rather than your company’s vision.  Offer your clients a more tantilizing look at your services and products.  Show off your vision and differences.  Take advantage of  both graphics and great programming methods to deliver your message.  Your new site should be both pleasing to the new viewer and SEO perfect for search engine spiders who are looking to rank your site.   A happy “Spring Ahead” to our website visitors out there in web land!
